Client Responsibilities

What We Need From You

Legal business name, address, and contact info
High-quality logo files and brand materials (PNG or SVG preferred)
Logins or authorization for your current website, domain, and social media
Google Business account access or approval to set one up
Any photos of your business, team, or work (optional but encouraged)

Timing & Responsiveness

Respond to design and content feedback within 48 hours
Approve content (blogs, posts) within 24 hours
Provide requested materials and access credentials within 24 hours

Approval Process

All major design elements require written approval before continuing
You'll review and approve the content calendar and social post schedule
Your participation is needed in final testing before launch
We won't go live until you sign off

Entire Agreement & Effective Date

This agreement goes into effect as soon as payment is received. It represents the full understanding between you and LeadProspecting AI and overrides any previous conversations or agreements. If one part is deemed unenforceable, the rest of the agreement still applies.
