AI Front Desk is LeadProspecting’s AI for the front of your business: it answers your phone, chats with visitors on your website, and helps you reply to customers from inside your CRM with Ask AI. It used to be called AI Receptionist; the phone part still works the same way.
What does each plan include?
Every plan includes the AI phone receptionist, website chat, Ask AI and Talk. Plans differ by phone minutes: Starter is $49/month with 100 minutes, Pro is $99/month with 250 minutes, and Business is $199/month with 600 minutes. Extra minutes are $0.11–$0.15 depending on your plan.
Is the website chat extra?
No. Website chat is part of every AI Front Desk plan: up to 500 AI replies a month on Starter, 1,000 on Pro and 2,400 on Business. If a busy month uses them all, new chats pause until the next billing cycle and visitors can still leave their details. Turn it on in your dashboard and paste one line of code on your site, or ask us to install it.
When does texting start?
Two-way texting needs phone-carrier approval for your business first, which takes about 2–3 weeks. Your dashboard builds the approval packet; texting turns on once carriers approve and it launches for your account.
Does it work with my existing phone number?
Yes. Forward your existing business number to your AI, or use a new local number we set up for you. No hardware or phone system changes.
How long are call recordings kept?
Call recordings are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically. The call summary and transcript stay in your CRM, so you never lose what was said.
Who gets told about new leads?
You choose. Calls and website chats each send a summary email to the people you pick, and every lead is saved to your CRM with the transcript.
