Welcome to the LeadProspecting AI + FieldServ AI Affiliate Program. These Terms explain how tracking works, what counts as a referral, when you get paid, and what's not allowed. We wrote this in plain English on purpose.
By signing up as an affiliate, checking the agreement box, or promoting your affiliate link, you agree to these Terms.
This program is for people and organizations who refer business owners to LeadProspecting AI and/or FieldServ AI, including:
We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or remove any affiliate account at our discretion.
Affiliate:
You, the person or business participating in this program.
Referral Window:
The time period where your referral can be credited, currently 30 days.
First-touch attribution:
The first affiliate who referred the customer within the referral window gets credit.
Conversion:
A referral becomes a conversion only when a customer starts a paid subscription.
Trials, audits, demo requests, and contact form submissions do not count as conversions.
Qualified Customer:
A converted customer that is valid under these Terms and not excluded due to fraud, self-referral, refund, or cancellation.
Active:
A customer subscription that is currently active and not canceled.
Your referral link can earn credit for 30 days from the first click.
We use first-touch attribution. That means:
We use cookies and other first-party data to track referrals fairly and reliably. In many cases, if a customer switches devices, we may still be able to credit you.
You get paid for paid subscriptions only, including:
You do not get paid for:
Those steps may help lead to a conversion, but they are not commissions by themselves.
Commissions are calculated on post-fee net revenue, not gross list price.
That means we calculate commissions after payment processing fees (like Stripe fees) are deducted.
If a customer receives a discount, credit, or promotion, commissions are calculated on what is actually paid, not on the full list price.
Some subscriptions may be paid monthly, and some subscriptions may be paid annually upfront (one invoice for the year).
If a customer upgrades to a higher plan, your commissions adjust to reflect the higher paid plan going forward. Your commission window does not restart due to an upgrade.
Setup fees and website add-ons may be commissionable.
To be eligible for setup/website commission:
All commissions are held until Day 90 after the customer's paid subscription start date. This protects the program from early cancellations, refunds, and fraud.
Approved commissions are paid monthly on the 5th (America/Boise time), typically as a monthly payout batch.
If a customer cancels within Day 0–90, commissions are voided.
If commissions were already paid and a qualifying customer cancels or is refunded inside the Day 0–90 window, we apply a negative ledger adjustment to net that amount against future payouts.
We do not chase you for money, but future payouts may be reduced until the clawback is satisfied.
You may not earn commissions by referring:
We determine self-referrals using factors like billing email, phone number, company name, domain, and payment identity. If we determine a referral is a self-referral, it is not eligible.
You may promote using:
Paid ads are not allowed at this time, including brand bidding.
You may not use:
We build reporting and tracking in good faith, but no tracking system is perfect. We will always aim to credit referrals fairly.
If there is a dispute:
We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account if you:
If your account is terminated, unpaid commissions may be forfeited if they relate to fraud, policy violations, or invalid referrals.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
Continued participation in the program means you accept the updated Terms.
