By installing and using the Lead Scraper application from the GoHighLevel Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LeadProspecting AI ("we", "us", "our").
Lead Scraper is a web scraping service that collects publicly available business information from Google Maps and other public sources. The service is provided through the GoHighLevel Marketplace as an add-on application.
We collect business information including but not limited to: business names, phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, websites, and reviews. All data is sourced from publicly accessible platforms.
Scraped leads are automatically synced to your GoHighLevel CRM account. The service requires OAuth authorization to access your GHL location for contact creation.
You are charged per successfully scraped lead. Pricing tiers: Basic Scrape ($0.03), Enriched Data ($0.05), AI Email Generation ($0.08), Full Package ($0.10). Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
All charges are processed through your GoHighLevel Wallet. You must maintain sufficient balance in your GHL Wallet to use the service. Failed scrapes or searches returning zero results are not charged.
Due to the nature of digital data delivery, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided for successfully delivered leads. If you believe there was a billing error, contact support within 7 days.
You may use Lead Scraper for legitimate business development, marketing outreach, and lead generation purposes. All outreach using scraped data must comply with applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and GDPR where applicable.
You are solely responsible for how you use the scraped data. This includes compliance with all local, state, federal, and international laws regarding data privacy, marketing communications, and consumer protection.
While we strive to provide accurate data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of scraped information. Business information changes frequently and may become outdated.
You may not use scraped data for spam, harassment, or any communication that violates anti-spam laws. Repeated violations will result in immediate termination of service.
You may not use the service for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to: fraud, identity theft, stalking, or any activity that violates the rights of third parties.
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense scraped data to third parties without explicit written permission from LeadProspecting AI.
You may not attempt to circumvent any rate limits, security measures, or billing mechanisms. Such attempts will result in immediate termination and may result in legal action.
We strive to maintain 99% service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
The service depends on third-party platforms including Google Maps. Changes to these platforms may affect service functionality. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LEADPROSPECTING AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PRECEDING 30 DAYS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadProspecting AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
You may uninstall the Lead Scraper app from your GHL Marketplace at any time. Uninstallation terminates your access to the service but does not affect data already synced to your CRM.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections regarding limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
